HI all

I just kicked a bunch of old car magazines out of a bookcase and into a plastic tote, and shifted some stamp stuff onto that shelf. I found a nice book about stamp history someone bought me that is more for youngsters, and thought I'd mail it to a youth stamp club.

Thing is, I only found a couple of clubs online! Surely there is a kid's club out there who would like a nice book to learn from... or am I simply living in the past? (highly possible...)

Can anyone suggest a youth stamp club who appreciates donations of any type?

JD

You could reach out to your local BSA scout council to find a merit badge counselor who could get the book (etc.) into the hands of youth working on the merit badge.

Sequoia Stamp Club of Redwood City, California operates a youth stamp club with several dozen members. Donations are accepted. For details, see www.penpex.org, or send me a private SCF message.

Hmmm, Boys Town sounds like a possibility. I saw the HI and NYC ones, was looking for a small-town club, etc.
