These are stamps from a (grocery?) store, probably from around 1960. You would get some each time you made a purchase and stick them on a sheet. When the sheet was full you could redeem it for cash at the store or a bank.

They were called "trading stamps". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trading_stamp
