Here are 2 stamps can you advice me if these stamps are genuine or maybe forgeries stamps. Please advice. Thank you

Unfortunately, both are (very good) forgeries. These are by the well-known forgers, the Spiro Brothers. They way to determine genuine (in most all cases) is to identify them by plate position, which are known. These do not plate correctly/match any genuine stamp. Further, the characteristic feature of Spiros is the broken "E" of POSTAGE. Your forgeries are illustrated here in the "2c value" section:
