Germania, you bring up good points, but your claim that the blue ink in the US and the blue ink in France used to print the joint issues is identical is highly suspect.

Philazilla, I am going to have research the issue and try to locate where I got that information. When (if) I do I will start a new thread since it is not related to Scott 10A.
