I was browsing ebay and had this show up as something which might be of interest.

I knew what it was, as I get one every three months, and being curious, I clicked on it.

Why would any of the four people who've purchased this not have just gone on-line to USPS.com and signed up for it for free?

I'm confused.....

Maybe the summer issue is no longer available. The fall issue (with the dog on the cover) is the latest one. Still, $6.50 for an essentially free publication does seem a bit excessive.

Interesting. The seller found a way to make some money on these.

Maybe the four buyers had the same experience I did. I went to the USPS site and signed up for it three times. This was over a period of a year. After the last time they sent me one (with a lot of expired items) then no more.
