Good morning, I'm not really sure which country this cancel is from. The stamps are listed under Yugoslavia but when this was posted it seems that Zemun was part of the state of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.
It's a bit confusing to me but I know someone here can clarify it for me. Any help is most gratefully appreciated
Thanks
David

Hi griffbo,

Yes, when this was posted Zemun was a small town close to Belgrade in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.

The stamps have the name of the kingdom at the top and bottom.

The kingdom was renamed Yugoslavia in 1929.

From 1941 to 1944 Zemun was part of the "independent" state of Croatia
