Here is another country info page using an article from "The Circuit" published by the ISWSC (http://www.iswsc.org/). The export from PDF by Acrobat did not out as well but good enough for purposes here.
My thinking is that you should lay out your album the way you want it to be. If you like putting in descriptions, country background information or whatever, it's great. In the end, it's your collection. I have a couple of specialized collections that I made my own pages for. Lots of background information, illustrations and other tidbits. I like how they turned out. Other pages I've made have the box/border that frames the stamp with the co!or and denomination inside of the frame. That's it, very plain and simple. With albums, we always tend to think that the only correct way is to duplicate the old Harris, Scott or whatever album pages we grew up with. But with simple software and our imagination, you can create the kind of pages that you like.
