I'm having trouble classifying one of my stamps. Top, right side, and bottom are perforated but left side is imperforate with red edging. Perforations are 11. Any thoughts?
If this is a 499, it could be from either sheet or booklet. Both occur with straight edges, with sheets of 400 being cut along the guide lines into panes of 100 for retail sale and booklets also being cut into even smaller pieces from a different plate lay-out format.
A closer, higher-resolution scan would be helpful as this appears more to me to be an offset printing with a 1920s use, in which case it could only be from a sheet origin.
