The cancel reads "D. Afonso Henriques" whom I know was Portugal's great monarch, but I don't find a PLACE by that name or is it a post office or an urban area so named in this cancel? My thanks in advance for any help with this pizzler.

Googling "D. Afonso Henriques CTT" comes up with this (in Lisbon): (green balloon)

The address of the post office is 'Almeda Dom Afonso Henriques 58A' in Lisboa
