It doesn't have any value over and above its value for postage, if that's what you mean. Very few US stamps issued over the last 80 years or so are worth more than their postage value, although there are some here or there that are worth a little more. With the exception of some rare error stamps, none are really truly valuable (i.e. worth hundreds of dollars or more).
