The Michel catalog does not indicate a forgery for this (Scott 362). The color is in the correct range of shades (different from Scott 341) and the overprint looks correct. I initially thought the outer frameline/cutting line wasn't there, but it is there, just weak.

Scott 341 is noted as being forged with no details. There is also a private reprint made for a stamp show or something. That can be recognized by being imperf, with printing on the back. Unknown to me what that reads.

The Fischer catalogue, for Poland, does not seem to show Scott #362 as being forged. While Scott indicates that #341 has counterfeits, Fischer does not seem to provide details, at least with my very limited knowledge of Polish.

If you want more information, visit here: www.polonus.org . This is the site for the Polonus Polish Philatelic Society, based in Chicago. There is an e-mail address at the bottom of the home page for inquiries.

If you plan to get more into collecting Poland, you might consider joining. The quarterly journal is excellent (I'm a member) and there are some other good references on their web site available for members.

Looks like pos. 23 with the spot in the "2" and over the "O" in Poland
