The OP stamp, looked to me to have a 6 or 9 in the design, unless a "chatter" strike, as far as I see that could only be Montreal or Port Hope impression.
Going through 45 *.pdf's is laborious, the "floral" type design, fancy cancels, appeared to me to be "negative" in the main, rather than positive as the OP stamp. Is this pertinent? I wonder.
Everyone... thank you... very much appreciate the knowledge share. I too was thinking it was a pizza wheel or foreign cancel. I don't think there is much doubling. I will upload another photo in an attempt to correct the shaky hands issue. Hopeful that it will be better! Will also give that software a try on the weekend.
Thanks all for your input. I also reached out to a Fancy Cancel group on Facebook and from the feedback received, the consensus is that it may be an early positive Toronto 2 cancel. As the smaller circles are positive intaglio, measuring 5mm (as pictured), it may very well be unique.
