Unidentified Queen Victoria GB Stamps

I am going to go out on a limb here,
The STATION Pmk stamp, I do not recognise as British.
I reckon it may be a stamp from Belgium, with an OSTENDE (STATION) Pmk

Lots of mail from Germany and the low countries, passed through Ostend during that period, onwards to London and regions.

I think you've hit the nail on the head here!

The format is right for a Belgian postmark of the period.

I don't have an Ostend postmark but I have similar ones from Antwerp with ANVERS (STATION) and one with TOURNAI (STATION).

It's great how a small group of stamps like this can lead us into all sorts of topics!

I agree it's probably a Belgian stamp but I can;t make it out.

S&CL: I would lean toward something genuine based on my experience with US postal history. Specifically, I wonder if this is portion of a permit imprint with an adjacent "Paid 1d" portion cut off leaving just the stamp facsimile and a portion of postmark behind. Just thinking out loud.

I would almost bet my house on it being the Potter's Hallmark,
we await confirmation from Mr. Steve Wicks.

The EC barred Pmk (East Central London) is a definite forgery , perhaps just an added mark from the factory.

The mutilated stationery suggests it originated from paperwork included in the sale of boxed fine china.

I suspect it's a cut-out from a a piece of advertising, or from an invoice header or something similar.

My first thought was that it would be from an old-time stamp dealer but I do like your identification of Shore and Coggins.

I'm assuming this is not a label and is not stuck on the paper but rather printed with its simulated perforations and cancellation directly on the paper.

I replied to Steve with my continued opinion with it being a "product verification" item, whether it be shore coggins, or other.
He has kindly offered to place it on his webpage, for broadcast.
We may never know, but is fun, chasing.
