A beautiful cover - Epirus 1914 Skull & Bones Chimarra Issue stamps. Two questions, first how you can realize if its genuine or reproductions the stamps and second the postmark is blue, all my examples have black postmark ? Thank You.
I was once offered a genuine cover with a hilarious PF certificate. The first read something like "genuine cover but with a stamp that does not belong". That stamp (another Chimarra skull and crossbones) was not tied and it was removed neatly. The cover was resubmitted and the second certificate read something like: "genuine cover but with a stamp that did belong removed".
