I just found a romantic floral 37c love stamp delicately hand canceled and addressed in perfect cursive to, um, the sewer department.? Yes! Modern sanitation is a beauteous thing! Bwahaha!
I was sorting a pile of used Love stamps on piece - saw that the last part of the address (written beautifully) was "sewer", looked at the stamp and the cancel and bust out laughing. I was making up trading packets, so it is now buried in one of the dozen or so that I made. Soooo do you all want to see it badly enough for me to go through all those packets? Ugh! Nooooo! I shoulda took a picture while I had it in my hand.
