GB 1982 Definitive Issue First Day Cover Error

Help and avice please.I have discovered a Stuart FDC dated 27th Jan with an additional stamp included.The 15.5p stamp was issued on the 14th yet included and stamped on the 27th.Does this error happen often and does it ahave any significant value?

I would not consider this an error. A stamp appearing on a cover 13 days after it was issued strikes me as a normal event. The fact that the other stamps were cancelled on the day of issue doesn't affect the status of the 15-1/2p.

Maybe an error in judgement to add the older stamp but it is still an attractive FDC. No monetary difference that I can see.
