No idea what premium on piece.
The Rupee stamps are the most valuable,
I'd say (all together) basic stamps off piece, 7GBP (Great British Pounds) in Year 2000.
The market is the only reliable pricing mechanism.

The 20 Paise stamp is catalogue priced at 50 pence, the two 50 Paise 50 pence each also, the 10 Rupee is 2 Pounds, and the 20 Rupee is 3 Pounds and 50 Pence.

On a complete document, maybe you could sell them as a group for a couple of dollars.

These are Barefoot 2020 prices. Assuming they are the re-drawn types circa 1980. If they are earlier issues, you might get $4 for the lot.
