I just noticed this ebay listing this AM, and it reminded me of cartel listings from year's past. Am I rushing to judgment or is this legit?

At least two of the Cartel IDs, "bank-notes" and "og_stamps" are currently active while Philip Ryle does his jail time. Does this listing bring back memories?

All in all, stampers are a rather rogue lot it appears. Here was I expecting something else, maybe more conservative? But no!
