Very nice Revenuecollector. I only have a normal R36b multiple. I have yet to figure out how I will Mount or "Album" my US BOB stamps. I enjoy working on my US stamp album - but do not like that it does include BOB pages.

Hey guys, I pulled this out of an old album in a box lot last week, and was wondering if you thought it had a chance to be a part perf. I don't like the bottom, and realize that it's a premium CV item. Wanted your thoughts-- pretty sure it's not, but the album was an 1899 Scott so it may have been in there for a long time:

Thanks for your help!
Ray

Unlikely in my opinion. Color is wrong shade and cancel date is very late for a part perf.
