Check this one out. The seller is offering what looks to be a PDF of a Mystic price list and titling it as 'free' but he wants $9.95 for it.He says he will send it electronically, then talks about shipping. Makes my head hurt.

I wonder if Mystic knows this guy is doing this?

This listing should be down shortly and he can go back to selling Chinese tube socks.

I wonder if this guy's customers know they can get this free of charge from Mystic? In fact,Mystic will send them more than they know what to do with.

I think he is in the wrong but to include all of the facts...
He says the catalog is free in the description. He says he just wants to be paid for indexing it and making it user friendly.

I messaged the seller and received this reply:

Copyright notices are no longer required in the USA, it is implied. Although having one on the hardcopy catalog gives Mystic a bit more benefit.
Mystic could contact ebay and they would take the listing down.
