There are sellers on
ebay who buy new Scott catalogs, dismantle them and sell only the pages for a specific country. If you search for "Scott catalog Germany pages," you should get some results. By the way, I use the Michel specialized catalog for Germany and don't find the language barrier to be much of an issue. I much prefer the Michel as it is much more comprehensive than Scott. It also covers all of the German colonies, which are scattered throughout several volumes of the Scott catalogs. As far as values are concerned, just use Google to covert the Euros into US dollars and you will get the value according to the current exchange rate.
