Is this a 106vi? My book is very old and it shows the 106vi as being somewhat desirable going the the prices shown. (1993 Book)

Yes your are correct...Scott 90 (TYPE II)
Check the width to see if it measures 17.8 to 18.5 mm...Then it may be a Unitrade 90xii.
Seems to be a cancel of 1911 - released Jul. 1, 1903
