can anyone tell me whether these are overprints or cancels I cant find any info on them, first stamp looks like china? thanks

Yes these are "Town killer cancels". They come with a circle or without.

The first cancel might be CHINANDEGA.

The first cancel is CHINAN in a circle, for CHINANDEGA as hy-brasil said. The stamp is an envelope cutout.

The perforated stamp bears a GRANADA in a circle.
