Look ,before we can analyse this stamp.Which is the pic with the dry stamp? Secondly It can very possibly be a blue stamp. Everything is not known about the different colors which may exist for this stamp.there can be un-recorded (not in catalogs) spécimens.If your stamp is a blue variety it is a very nice stamp. (for sale?)
Please analyze for me. The Hindi text written in horizontal is mine. need to know whats written in it probably needed someone who is good in Maharashtra Hindi. My father knows hindi but hes also can't read this type of hindi. I extracted the text from the stamp for your reference.

Have no idea of what is written. Anyway it is of little importance as these stamps on the original documents were overwritten in manuscript form in many ways. An example of an Indore revenue court fee 1 anna on document circa 1886 Type 1, K&M 11.
When it commes down to it I think your stamp is a changeling as they say.Remnants of red and disturbed inking in many areas of the stamp. This stamp went through a lot in its life. Below an example of what looks like the gradual changing of the red.Notice the dark patches here and there that have a blue tinge to them.

Back to the stamp: Aren't these look like far different by blocks? Specially check the font difference on the top heading you can't minus any color neither fill in unless you scrapped it or Paper absorption issue during printing.
