Does anyone here know what the status of these coupons are today? I have not been able to find any mention of them on the French post office web site laposte.fr. According to one source that I have found, there was a new version issued in France as late as 2013.
Here is an example of what I am talking about:
Earlier versions were valid in a number of former French colonies, but these were only valid in France and its overseas departments and territories.
