Hello, these two stamps are 15c Washingtons, both perf 12 and both have DL wmks.

Here is the front side of the previous pics. The stamp is very thin like it is supposed to be, I believe I see blue strands and dots.

If you are seeking bluish paper stamps first you must understand what they are and what they are not.
