Please help me identify this stamp. Does it have a SCOTT number? An information would be helpful.



Also, I found this one with a possible overprint error (instead of POCZTA it says POCZTO). Is that a common error? I have not seen another one like that so far, though I'm new to stamp collecting so I have not seen much of anything...
