this appears to be an 1864 romania item that was never issued. paper is thin with paper creases and huge margins. any one know if this is a proof or what?
I think you are correct, Part of the margin of the sheet as printed. Very Nice. Cannot believe I do not have those in my collection, or at least find them. Set of 3 circa $10
Found the fellows. My 2pa looks like a forgery (No gum) my other 2 have gum
