So I can't find anything about a yellow version of this stamp

It was under British commonwealth

Postmark is BUNBURY WA March 2nd 1904
Type CDS 2A
Usage: 23rd April 1888 to 10th April 1908

180Km from my place.

The yellow 2d without a watermark was issued on January 1, 1903, and the yellow 2d with an upright watermark was issued the same year.

Looks like a VICTORIA continuous Wavy line Machine receiving Pmk

The bright yellow stamp posted by Just_fella is listed in the Stanley Gibbons Australia catalogue as issued January, 1899 with watermark W crown A.
A rare inverted watermark also exists.
