Not seen one like this before. I've gotten used to the Post Office hardly bothering to cancel them, but this is a much heavier and more emphatic cancel then the usual.

Is this a new thing? Has anyone seen this before?

They have provided the single-line ballpoint pen version in my local sorting office.
