Hi guys
Was trying to find this stamp, but to me it had a 9.80 perforation or lower, and not the 11.0 perforation in the Scott Catalouge...
I may just be not aware of what I have..Help appreciated.

As I recall, a lot of the "perf 10" stamps of that era were in fact perf 9.85. Similarly, I think the perf 8.5 coils were actually perf 8.35.

Scott does not list it as 10.0, merely 10 and they are just rounding the 9.8 to 10
