Switzerland Perfin Question

I found this stamp in a large lot I'm sifting through which is unfortunately beat up. In spite of its condition, I have a question regarding the perfin, which appears to be a dot of circles with a dot at center and an arm of dots creating what almost appears as the arm of a clock. Anyone recognize this? Is it a time stamp of some sort, or strictly some company's perfin? I doubt (a lot) that its a punch cancel, especially given the slogan its been struck by.

If the story of those circle perfins is the same as in Austria, I maybe can help.

In times when the company's perforation machine was out of order because of repair e.g., the perforator company (POKO) offered a replacement puncher until the new one was ready. On the other hand they lent machines for some time to try the whole perforation process. And all of those "not personalized" punchers had this specific hole picture with little differences.
So you need a cover to proof, which circle was used by which company.

I personally collect those for issues and cancellation cities, not for the perfin itself.

The puncture format suggests Zurich, which ties to the slogan.

If Zurich is the town, and we take a look at the issue time of the stamp, it should be Verlag V. Conzett & Cie., Zürich ... in case, the circle is 11 mm -> catalog number d 48, with 10,5 mm -> d 58 (both used by Conzett)
