Unitrade 21iii - White Area On Bun..???

Found a few nice stamps in a junk box I purchased at the local stamp club last night...Came across a Scott 21 Large Queen stamp.

Noticed what I had was not just a Scott 21, but in fact a Unitrade 21iii....What do you think..Am I correct..???

Also a weird oddity on the right side perforations on this stamp.
There are 4-5 perfs missing..Now that in itself is not worth worrying about...BUT...The missing perfs are straight, with no indication of Remanence of perfs...Very interesting...Any opinions..??

Robert, dont know about the white area on bun, but look just below the bottom arrow and there appears to be the start of a piece of remaining perf sticking out. They may have been accidently cut off with an exacto blade while someone was cutting a mount and somehow the stamp found itself in harms way. Also missing a bottom perf, but it is reasonably centered.
