In regard to philb question, I am not in any stamp society or club, just collect by myself and like to see when there is any difference in colour tones or any other detail. Everybody knew that many stamps were stopped for sale and some persons think that maybe later those stamps may appear for sale, however local and foreign stamp societies, authorities and supporters should urge to governmental authorities to destroy -with documental legal evidences- all copies, which were recovered and kept by General Post Office and to share responsability with General Attorney, to avoid future possible corruption.
Well David, good to see you back...as far as rarity vs. value..i have several high denomination stamps from Guatemala of which only 3 thousand were issued and yet they are readily available on ebay for a few dollars...supply and demand I imagine !!
