I dont know if this is a stamp for some sort of parcel service or for cars? maybe train? I'm guessing...

I can't find it in USA specialized 2008
anyone seen this before I have 1,2,3,4 (two types,) 5,10,15,20's

NOTE: one longer portion has a cancel on it that says Feb 12 1937. it also has larger letters in a cancel block that says "CHAIN DELIVERIES"

Interesting coupons. Someone has one of these on e-bay at this link:

So far, I've been able to figure out the company name as "Chain Deliveries Express, Inc." of 719 Washington Street, New York, NY" and they had a legal notice in NY Times on 12/23/1947 about bankruptcy proceedings.

Cool Rod, well then I guess I'll be rich off the extras. I have 52 of these little buggers...

Smauggie would these be in the private section of the Specilized Catalog you think?

Assuming this is Chain Deliveries Express, Inc., these two news articles might be of interest:

The first one I mentioned previously about bankruptcy proceedings dating to 1947:

I guess they must have reorganized as they were in existence through 1961 as they are one of those objecting to the Post Office's Parcel Post Plan from that year:
