I would like to solicit opinions from the forum on this fellow.
Presumably Kattreholm Sweden, to Lundy.
Would the postmaster attach the local when the cover arrived, and collect franking value from the client when delivered?
It is a receival postmark, would that act as a postage due, or placed on the cover as a favour service?
