Help With Oldenburgh And Brunswick

I am assuming I have Oldenburgh #4 and Brunswick #2 but know nothing about them. Are they genuine? Am I right on the numbers? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Brunswick #9. Black printing on blue paper. Postmark is 47 for the town of Wolfenbuttel. I don't see any of the more obvious signs of a forgery.

The Oldenburg is a forged copy of #4.The forgers were the Spiro Brothers of Hamburg.
