Hi JVpool - sorry ,but we do not see any grill from your scan/picture. What makes you think that it has a grill? Are you seeing something on the stamp that is not on the picture you provided?

Owners often put their initials on the backs of stamps in the past. This does not mean it certified or special in any way. Seems like you have a Scott 65, which is the most common of this design. Less than a dollar.

I am sorry, but in my opinion, this stamp does not appear to have any grill at all.
