Since this is a offset/setoff then that bottom stamp with the off set top line must exist, right? Great looking avatar!

You know I had never thought about that and at first I did not understand your question. But after rereading it, YES, I think it does (or maybe did) exist!

Avatar loading is batched and done once every 4-5 weeks, when it is loaded it will automatically appear under your name.
