I bought a large collection of Dutch stamps and to my suprise I have found these two miniature sheets in this collection. I allready know that there is a 1962 China issue of Mei Fanlang, but I cant find any information about the two sheets I have, which appear to be specimen sheets.
size of the sheets is 92 x 128 mm

These are unofficial souvenir sheets, privately produced, like the unlisted ones you find with no denomination. When stamp images have that corner cancel bar, it's generally done for advertising photos so nobody would be able to use them as stamps. Governmental souvenir sheets are nearly always postally valid and wouldn't have those bars.
