Congratulations.
Interesting to think about the journey that one stamp took, from Mexico somehow, sometime to Estonia, and then back to the western hemisphere to you. Cool. |

This scan is not the best - but has been a while since I posted an update of page 2 in my Scott Album. Yes yes - there is definitely a high possibility that some of these are forgeries - I know that this was a time of many Hidalgo forgeries. I continue to work on my Mexico album - but the more I fill - the harder it gets. - On a separate note, Today I received the latest edition of Mexicana Journal and they have a deep dive into the Hidalgo Medallions of MX which are some of my favorites. - I have all in my Scott minus the big ticket 5 and 10 Peso Blues. |

When I get near to passing, I am going to whack it all on external drives and just give them away |

Hi Nora, welcome back! I've been watching your Mexico collection grow and started collecting Mexico myself late last year, mostly due to your posts on this thread. Having only ever collected U.S. (other than collecting the world as a kid), it was interesting to learn about the fascinating postal history of Mexico. I also started collecting Canada last month and will hopefully post about that in the future. Looking forward to your updates!
