Nothing unusual about the inverted watermark.

Numeral 117 of Bingara, rated common.

There is no mention in my Scott Classic Specialized but the Gibbons catalogue makes mention of inverted watermarks at the beginning of the Australia listings.

In a lot of cases, inverted watermarks make up around half of the total printings of NSW stamps.
