Long story short. Due to my health condition I'm forced to sell the lifetime stamps collection of my grandfather, father and mine. The problem is, I don't know the real value of those stamps or if they are worth anything at all.
I ask you all kindly to rate those stamps or at least give me some clues about their worth.

It looks as though you have some coverage of later, modern Poland.
My suggestion to you would be to group all of your Poland together, and put it on ebay. That will really be your market right there. You've already gone to the trouble of getting plenty of photographs - just pull out the other countries. Having a couple US mixed in with Canada and such makes it look like a hodge-podge and detracts from the appearance of coverage I get with your Poland.
As to value, I would suggest looking at ebay past sales of Poland collection. That will give you an idea

With the other countries left, you might offer the Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Mongolian separately later to pick up a couple extra dollars.

Selling in the forum is restricted to those with 50 posts....

Best wishes.

Tomasz: welcome to the Forum. I agree with the comment from jleb1979 because Poland through the early 1970s is one of my several collecting specialties. I also suggest putting your Polish stamps in order by year and, if possible, put the regular issues first, followed by any airmails, postage due stamps, etc.

Some of the Russian stamps with pictures of workers may have some modest value. But most seem to be common stamps. In general, you want to sort your stamps by country, after you finish the Poland organizing. Some of the stamps seem damaged, mostly missing or bent corners. Those would not have any real value. Good luck!
