This four stamps are from some old pages I recently picked up. I've found the stamp on the bottom right (Q36) in my Scott catalog, but have been unable to find the other three. Are they revenues? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, the first three are revenue/fiscal stamps without any philatelic value. The last one "50 centimes" is actually a Parcel Post/Railway stamp from Belgium, dated 1895, Yvert catalogue number 21, worth around 70 cents.

A personal opinion only. They may influence some members to go ahead and collect revenues. They have value.
If you must insist your opinion, then the Railway stamp you valued, is also a cinderella, using your opinion, the corollory suggests no value either.

All stamps deserve respect.
