Postage stamp RSFSR. 70 rubles. 1922. Overprint "D.V. 2 kop. Gold"
Year of issue: 1922
Country: RSFSR Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic
Condition: Overprint
Having trouble locating them in Scott
Made for use in Eastern Siberia, pending the introduction of Gold currency (zolotom) throughout the Soviet Union.
5 stamps in full set.

This thing (it is hard to call it a hat) called Budenovka. If you cut the top off you can use it as a funnel.

If you are having trouble finding the Scott numbers, try this site: https://www.stamp-collecting-world....ps_1889.html

It's helped me, especially with European stamps.
