There are several split rings listed for Vankleek Hill in W. Bruce Graham's book Ontario Broken Circles, but yours isn't a split ring/broken circle, so they don't apply. Frank Campbell's Canadian Post Offices lists the Vankleek PO as opening in 1831.
I've been finding that if you search google for partial names with the country name you will often find the place name and can work back from there to ID the cancel. Works for beginning and end of name.
Are we sure it is a Vankleek Hill Ontario/Quebec town cancel...?? Library and Archives Canada does not recognize a post office being present in the town of Vankleek.
