Help Needed With ID Of Possible Revenue Stamp.

Evening all, hope everyone is keeping well at this difficult time.
I have a stamp I am stuck on, found in an old album bought ages ago that I am just now (thanks to lockdown) getting round to sorting.
The lettering appears to be from the former Yugoslavia area, but currency is paras, suggesting Turkey area.
I have searched all the countries that look likely in the SG world stamps catalogue, and no joy.
This leads me to believe this is a revenue stamp of some sort.
Has anyone a direction to point me in?

It's Croatia, but I don't know any details.

I didn't know Yugoslavia used the Hrvata as well.

"Kraljev. Srba, Hrvata I Slovenaca" = Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, i.e., Yugoslavia.
