Help - Unknown Stamp

Cam´n someone tell me where I have o place this stamp or cinderella ? Which country and year ?

Hi Dieter,

This is an Albanian stamp from 1946.

There are lots of forgeries about.

Your stamp is real ,I wish it was a bigger scan . But you can tell real stamps by the stars in the upper left corner there are five stars in the corner . The second star from the bottom has 4 points to it one north one east ,one west and a fourth point south all with points . The fakes are just a blob with only one point facing south .
Also to tell a perforated stamps the real stamps are perf. 11 1/2 the fakes are perf. 11.....hope this helps .
