We have been through this before but why do you think that it is "rare"?

The point I was trying to make is that your question was very general. You did not indicate whether you had looked at stampsmarter, a Scott catalog, ebay or another source? Nor did you indicate any particular feature to draw our attention such as the color, perforations, paper, cancel, etc. I do not know how anyone could give a meaningful answer without receiving additional information. The more information you provide in your posts, the better the answers can be.

The cancel is a very poor, indistinct US town precancel.

I don't see any rude replies. All I see are 2 members asking why you think it's rare. No it's not a Chinese pre-cancel.

I cannot respond in a meaningful way because those who have responded so far have forgotten more about US philately than I will ever know.

But what I would say is to be considerate to others when seeking help on this forum. I believe everyone here wants to help others learn. What I find a bit inconsiderate is when the title of this posts says "... I can't find another" followed up with a post saying " ... I just didn't look hard enough."

It seems insensitive to ask others to do more to help then you are willing to do on your own to take a few first steps to learn.

Jypool,
This stamp is a town precancel. I cannot make out the town or state. I do not think it is a rare stamp.
