Hi, Nice example! Here I go back to Nr.278X (Nr.162). Went to my archive and extract a PF IV from another position. In this case Position 15 (Just behind the overprint). As you can see, Position 64-65 are normal. Best regards Hornet |

Hi,
You have position 90, position 35 doesn't have the break at right of the left 3. A classic PLF!

Hi, As Rich60 on his last picture, I have something similar as a printing accident. NDP Nr.5, and a funny thing in the design you can see the little dog on the lower right corner :). Hornet |

Getting back to the topic/subject of this thread... plate flaws, i.e, flyspecking... Here is another another modern plate flaw, this one on the 80 pf/.41 euro St. Reinoldi Church definitive of 2001. It is Mi. #2177 PF I, green spot under the roof, left side. |

Thanks for posting the PF, Hornet. Of course, I had to check my stock on this one...and I "came up empty". Here is another modern one. This Michel #2007 PF I, from The UNESCO World Heritage Sites set of 1997. Flaw is "black spot on the plant leaf, lower right, field 7, part of the print run". |
